As a full-time member of our creative team, you’ll work on-site at events, in-studio shoots, and on location across the NYC metro area. You’ll collaborate with producers, designers, and marketing to deliver on-brand imagery that resonates with audiences.

Responsibility

  • Lead on-site photography for events, portraits, and corporate shoots
  • Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and produce shot lists
  • Set up lighting and backdrops; manage studio and location lighting
  • Direct models and subjects to achieve authentic expressions and compositions
  • Capture a wide range of assets, including candid moments and environmental portraits
  • Edit and retouch images to brand standards; ensure color accuracy and consistency
  • Deliver high-resolution final assets with metadata and client deliverables; manage post-production timelines
  • Maintain equipment, file management, and backup workflows

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in photography or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years professional photography experience, including events and portraits
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range of lighting, composition, and retouching
  • Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop; experience with Capture One a plus
  • Studio and on-location lighting knowledge; ability to rig lights and modifiers
  • Excellent client-facing communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Knowledge of color management and output workflows; file organization and archiving
