As an Associate Manager, you will oversee program development from concept to delivery, manage a team of learning professionals, and partner with HR and Talent to align initiatives with performance goals. You will leverage e-learning platforms, instructor-led sessions, microlearning, coaching, and blended approaches to meet diverse learning preferences. Your work will boost employee engagement, retention, and performance improvements across the organization, supporting succession planning and career development.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of learning and development programs aligned with business goals and performance metrics.
- Partner with department leaders to assess skills gaps, define performance objectives, and translate findings into targeted curricula and learning paths.
- Manage projects, timelines, and budgets for training initiatives, coordinating internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Oversee onboarding and ramp-up programs to accelerate new-hire productivity and retention.
- Utilize a blended learning approach, including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, coaching, and microlearning, supported by modern learning technologies.
- Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and data analytics; provide actionable insights to senior leadership and HR.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to align learning initiatives with succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and e-learning development platforms.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and best practices for scalable programs.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, report on ROI, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
