Job description

NovaCore Technologies is seeking a results-driven Learning & Development Specialist to lead employee training initiatives across the organization. This role designs, delivers, and optimizes programs that accelerate performance, elevate onboarding, and ensure compliance across teams.

As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will translate business needs into scalable learning experiences using a blend of in-person and digital modalities. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, measure impact, and iterate based on data.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, product, and operations to develop curricula that support both individual growth and organizational goals, while ensuring a superior learner experience.

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for all staff, from new hires to seasoned contributors.
  • Perform needs analysis with business units to define learning objectives and map curricula to roles.
  • Create engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and microlearning assets using modern instructional design techniques.
  • Manage LMS content, taxonomy, catalog, assessments, and analytics; measure impact and iterate to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, HR partners, and product teams; facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and certification programs.
  • Oversee training calendar, budgeting, vendor relationships, and resource planning to optimize delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance training and certification tracking; maintain audit-ready records and reporting.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years of corporate training or L&D experience, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle).
  • Ability to analyze learning metrics and apply data-driven improvements to programs and curricula.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Professional certifications such as CPLP, ATD credentials, or willingness to pursue.
  • Travel up to 10-15% may be required depending on program needs.
