Responsibility
- Manage and oversee leasing activities in the mall
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with tenants
- Coordinate with real estate agents to attract potential renters
- Ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in property management or leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
