Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality in-person and online lectures in Educational Leadership to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop, update, and enhance curriculum to reflect latest pedagogical research and sector requirements.
- Supervise and mentor students in dissertations, research projects, and placements.
- Contribute to academic research and professional scholarship in Education.
- Engage proactively in departmental meetings, seminars, and collaborative networks.
- Provide expert pastoral and academic support to students for their growth and well-being.
- Participate in student recruitment, outreach, and university events as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in Educational Leadership and the broader higher education sector.
Qualification
- PhD or EdD in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (or near completion).
- Demonstrated experience teaching in higher education or similar settings.
- Published research or contributions in Education or Leadership studies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to inclusive teaching and learning practices.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging curriculum materials both online and in-person.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage academic workloads.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
