At Crescent Grove University, a faith-based institution committed to rigorous theological education, we seek a full-time Lecturer in Systematic Theology to join our Department of Theology in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will teach courses, contribute to scholarly inquiry, and mentor students in a dynamic, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibility
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in systematic theology and related fields
- Develop syllabi, assessments, and inclusive teaching materials
- Mentor students and supervise capstone projects and theses
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed venues
- Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment
- Participate in faculty governance and service roles
- Represent the department in community outreach and interfaith dialogue
- Collaborate with local churches and seminaries for internships and applied learning
Qualification
- Terminal degree in theology or related field (PhD preferred; ABD considered)
- Demonstrated expertise in systematic theology and historical theology
- Record of scholarly publications and conference presentations
- Experience teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels
- Strong commitment to diverse, inclusive education and mentorship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design engaging curricula and assess student learning
- Active involvement in church or faith-based community preferred
