Responsibility
- Provide expert legal analysis and recommendations on regulatory compliance, data protection, and corporate governance for diverse clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, terms of service, licensing, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities; identify legal and commercial risks.
- Advise on risk management strategies and implement compliance programs tailored to client needs.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution efforts with practical, business-focused guidance.
- Assist clients with governance frameworks, board materials, and policy development.
Qualification
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with 5+ years of legal consulting or in-house experience in relevant jurisdictions.
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business advice.
- Excellent due diligence, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience advising clients across sectors (tech, finance, energy) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, client-focused with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
