Licensed Aesthetician

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled Licensed Aesthetician to join our team in Makati City. This contract/temporary role offers an opportunity to showcase expertise in skincare and hair removal while upholding the highest standards of client safety and sanitation.

As a Licensed Aesthetician, you will conduct comprehensive skin analysis to tailor facial treatments, deliver high-quality facial services, and perform professional hair removal procedures using approved techniques. You will also ensure cleanliness and safety of all treatment areas and equipment, following clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform detailed skin analysis and consult with clients to determine personalized treatment plans.
• Provide a range of facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks) and customize based on skin type.
• Conduct safe and effective hair removal procedures (waxing, threading, or other approved methods) while maintaining client comfort and safety.
• Maintain strict infection control, sterilization of tools, and cleanliness of the treatment room before and after each client.
• Recommend post-treatment care and skincare routines; educate clients on product usage for optimal results.
• Document treatments, client concerns, and outcomes; manage appointment flow and upsell skincare services when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold professional appearance, and ensure a positive client experience in a fast-paced setting.

What we look for:

• Valid aesthetician license or certification recognized in the Philippines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in facials and hair removal services.
• Strong knowledge of skin analysis techniques, skincare products, and safety protocols.
• Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and steady hand for precise treatments.
• Excellent communication and client care skills; ability to translate skincare concerns into actionable treatment plans.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance; ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Willingness to work on a contract/temporary basis with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Salary & Benefits: ₱20,000 – ₱28,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. This is a contract position with potential for extension based on business needs.
