Join SummitMind Behavioral Health as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in San Francisco. We deliver evidence-based care to diverse populations in outpatient and integrated care settings. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and contribute to program development.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload with conditions including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
- Monitor treatment progress, document notes in the EMR, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care teams to coordinate integrated care.
- Supervise psychology interns and associates, providing mentorship and supervision.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and clinical research initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or eligibility to obtain licensure quickly
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience with diverse populations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, and IPT
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and clinical formulation skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Ability to supervise interns and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
