Responsibility
- Conduct clinical interviews diagnostic assessments and psychological testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence based therapies such as CBT ACT and DBT
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals couples and families
- Monitor progress document outcomes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with psychiatrists social workers and other clinicians
- Participate in case conferences supervision and continuing education
- Ensure ethical practice and patient confidentiality
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Valid license to practice psychology in Washington State
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Proficiency in standardized assessments and psychometrics
- Strong therapeutic skills across modalities CBT DBT and psychodynamic approaches
- Excellent communication empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and within a team with strong documentation habits
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA compliance
