Responsibility
- Conduct evidence-based individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions for adults and adolescents.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to diagnose a range of mental health disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Contribute to community outreach, workshops, and educational seminars.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in cognitive-behavioral and integrative therapeutic approaches.
- Strong cultural competence with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.
