Responsibility

Qualification

  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-accredited program; active California psychologist license.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient settings.
  • Proficient in evidence-based therapies and ability to adapt approaches to diverse client needs.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills; experience with psychometric testing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative mindset; ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and commitment to HIPAA compliance; bilingual skills are a plus.
