Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate diagnostic impressions.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, DBT, and ACT strategies tailored to client needs.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
- Coordinate supervision of psychology trainees and provide constructive feedback to support clinical growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA and professional ethics.
- Engage in case conferences and treatment team meetings to optimize patient outcomes.
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives and data-driven program improvements.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Current licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral clinical experience in a medical or community setting.
- Proficient in conducting psychological testing and delivering individual therapy.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural humility when working with diverse populations.
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation standards.
