We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our thriving Seattle practice. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, and intake evaluations to a diverse client population. Responsibility
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on DSM-5 criteria and client goals.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or groups using modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, or psychodynamic approaches as appropriate.
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments; prepare clinical impression reports and recommendations.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR); ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and APA ethics.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and refer to outside resources when needed.
- Participate in supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and clinical skills.
Qualification
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an APA-accredited program; eligibility for Washington state licensure or current licensure.
- Active, valid license to practice psychology in Washington; or eligible for licensure within agreed-upon timeframe.
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or community mental health settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT) and psychological assessment.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent documentation, organizational skills, and experience with EHR systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and cultural humility; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
