Join Emergent Minds Therapy Group, a leading Seattle-based clinic dedicated to evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and collaborative care for adults and young adults. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, ethical, and outcome-driven treatment in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, supervising psychology interns, contributing to program development, and participating in outcome measurement and quality improvement.
Responsibility
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, DBT) to adults and adolescents in individual and group formats
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and DSM-5-TR diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Administer and interpret psychological tests and neuropsychological assessments as appropriate
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns and contribute to training initiatives
- Collaborate with psychiatry, social work, and primary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor outcomes using standardized measures and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from APA-accredited program
- Current license to practice psychology in Washington or eligible for licensure in the state
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with diverse populations
- Proficiency in psychological testing and neuropsychological assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standardized outcome measures
- Knowledge of DSM-5-TR and evidence-based treatment modalities
