We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide individual and group therapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, and program development to support our growing clinic.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical expertise to design personalized treatment plans, contribute to training initiatives, and participate in outreach efforts to expand access to high-quality mental health services. Responsibility
- Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and psychosocial histories using standardized measures.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) for adults and adolescents.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans with measurable goals and regular progress reviews.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
- Lead or co-facilitate clinical programs, workshops, and psychoeducation for clients and families.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, treatment summaries, and collateral correspondence.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance, ethical standards, and confidentiality across all interactions.
- Engage in supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program; CA license or clearly eligible for licensure within 6-12 months.
- Current California licensure as a psychologist or eligibility for independent practice.
- Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient settings.
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) and conducting clinical interviews.
- Proficient in psychological testing and comprehensive report writing tailored to adults and adolescents.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; commitment to HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues; interest in program development or research.
