Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mental health, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for diverse client populations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and high-quality care.
- Connect clients to community resources, advocacy, and follow-up care as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional training.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active Washington State LCSW license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based counseling therapies and crisis intervention.
- Outstanding communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Experience with electronic health records systems.
- Bilingual abilities a plus (especially Spanish, Vietnamese, or Russian).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
