Harborview Community Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic community mental health team in Boston. Qualification

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible in Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in community mental health or related setting.
  • Proficiency in crisis intervention and risk assessment; trauma-informed care.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse populations; bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus).
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts service systems; familiarity with housing, benefits, and referrals.
