Harborview Community Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic community mental health team in Boston. You will provide comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to support recovery and resilience. As a key member of our clinical team, you will conduct biopsychosocial evaluations, coordinate services, and advocate for client access to resources such as housing, employment support, and behavioral health services. You will document care in our secure EMR, ensure compliance with licensing and funding requirements, and participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referral to urgent services as needed.
- Coordinate care across internal teams and external providers, including housing, employment support, and health services.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in case management, advocacy, and community outreach to reduce barriers to services.
- Participate in program planning, quality improvement, and staff training as applicable.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible in Massachusetts.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in community mental health or related setting.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and risk assessment; trauma-informed care.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse populations; bilingual preferred (Spanish a plus).
- Knowledge of Massachusetts service systems; familiarity with housing, benefits, and referrals.
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and documentation standards.
