Harbor Hill Community Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated care team serving families and individuals across New York. This full-time role offers meaningful work, competitive compensation, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy in collaboration with clients and families.
- Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Advocate for clients, connect them to community resources, and support housing, employment, and crisis planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, ensure compliance with licensing and program requirements.
- Participate in case conferences, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Licensure as an LCSW in New York or eligibility to obtain licensure within six months.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-master’s clinical experience in community-based or social services settings.
- Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered approaches).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong report writing and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work with diverse populations; culturally humble and trauma-informed.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and confidential record-keeping; attention to privacy and compliance.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred; willingness to travel within service area as needed.
