Join HopeBridge Community Center, a mission-driven nonprofit delivering inclusive social services to families in Seattle. We’re seeking a compassionate Social Worker to empower clients, coordinate care, and advocate for vulnerable populations.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will conduct intake screenings, perform risk assessments, develop individualized service plans, and connect clients with essential resources. This role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, cultural humility, and community partnerships.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop and monitor individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
- Coordinate services with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Advocate for clients to access housing, financial assistance, and supportive services.
- Maintain ethical, trauma-informed practice and ensure client privacy.
- Prepare clear case notes, progress reports, and program evaluations for funders.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW or eligibility for licensure in Washington state; strong preference for licensure within 12 months.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family services, child welfare, or community-based settings.
- Demonstrated ability in case management, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with electronic case management systems.
- Experience with trauma-informed, culturally humble, client-centered practice.
