Responsibility

  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention and supportive coaching to clients and families.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; Master of Social Work preferred
  • Licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas (LMSW/LCSW) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of case management or clinical social work experience
  • Strong communication, active listening and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention and client advocacy
  • Cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and data privacy regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willingness to participate in on-call coverage if needed
