BrightPath Community Services is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in Boston, MA. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and families.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
- Coordinate with physicians, teachers, court personnel, and community organizations to ensure integrated support.
- Advocate for clients to access housing, financial assistance, childcare, and other essential resources.
- Maintain accurate case notes, service plans, and progress reports in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
- Respond to crises with de-escalation techniques and implement safety planning as needed.
Qualification
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program; current LCSW license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical social work experience in a community mental health or child and family setting.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based therapies, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritize safety, and engage diverse populations.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and data privacy standards; commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
