BrightPath Community Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in Seattle. This full-time role focuses on delivering client-centered social work services to individuals and families navigating behavioral health challenges, housing instability, and social determinants of health.
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, provide counseling, and connect clients with community resources.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
- Deliver evidence-based counseling (individual, family, or group) and crisis intervention as needed
- Coordinate services and referrals to housing, employment, health care, and legal resources
- Document in electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Advocate for clients to reduce barriers to services and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust plans
- Provide crisis de-escalation support and community outreach as required
Qualification
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Current LCSW licensure in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical social work or related experience in behavioral health, housing, or child and family services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, empathy, and cultural humility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention best practices
