Responsibility
- Provide person-centered, trauma-informed clinical counseling to individuals, families, and groups to address mental health and psychosocial needs.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strength-based, culturally responsive care plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to connect clients with housing, employment, healthcare, legal aid, and other supports.
- Advocate for clients to access community resources, navigate systems, and sustain safe, stable living environments.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes for quality improvement and reporting.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and implement safety planning and referral pathways.
- Engage in program development, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualification
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW license in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure within 6 months.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical social work experience with diverse populations.
- Strong assessment, counseling, case management, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, cultural humility, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; well-organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and confidentiality standards; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
