Responsibility

  • Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care by reviewing prescriptions, counseling patients, and addressing questions about medications and proper usage.
  • Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately while ensuring appropriate dosing, interactions checks, and allergy considerations.
  • Conduct medication therapy management to optimize efficacy, safety, and adherence for each patient.

Qualification

  • Active Pharmacist license in Illinois with a PharmD degree from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of community or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong patient counseling and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
