Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide evidence based individual and group psychotherapy to adults and adolescents
- Develop, implement and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA compliant documentation and scheduling
- Engage in case formulation, progress reporting and outcome tracking
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior clinicians when applicable
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA accredited program
- Active license or license-eligible to practice psychology in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT, IPT or MBCT
- Strong diagnostic, assessment and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated cultural humility and experience serving diverse populations
- Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
