Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews and standardized testing, to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, or Trauma-Focused therapies) tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and regular progress reviews.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA and practice policies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support program development, outreach, and patient education efforts to reduce stigma and improve access to care.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Licensed psychologist in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure) with current, active credential.
- Minimum of 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Proven expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and psychological assessment tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural humility skills; ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards; commitment to confidentiality and ethics.
