Beacon Hill Behavioral Health warmly invites a licensed psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Boston. In this role, you will blend psychotherapy with assessment and consultative services to improve patient outcomes across diverse populations. You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and researchers to deliver evidence-based treatment.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (diagnostic interviews, cognitive testing as appropriate, and disability/functional assessments).
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) across adult and adolescent caseloads.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns/trainees; contribute to training initiatives.
- Contribute to clinical research, program evaluation, and outcomes reporting.
Qualification
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program; eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
- Active MA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure within 6–12 months.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a healthcare or private practice setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies and psychological assessment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; proficient in electronic medical records and documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.
- Eligible to pass background checks and maintain professional liability insurance as required.
