Job description

BrightPath Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our Seattle team. We deliver evidence-based care to adults and adolescents in outpatient, telehealth, and group formats.

In this full-time role, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose treatment needs, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and care coordinators. You will also provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational workshops, while supporting supervision and training of graduate students and interns.

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults and youths to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and care teams to coordinate care.
  • Respond to crises with risk assessment and intervention as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor graduate students and clinical interns; contribute to program development.
  • Maintain precise, confidential documentation and timely reporting.

Qualification

  • Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted psychology license in Washington state.
  • 3+ years of clinical practice in outpatient settings.
  • Proficiency with psychological testing procedures and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; excellent collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, and other evidence-based modalities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
