What you will do: help clients buy, sell, and rent properties, craft compelling property presentations, analyze market trends, and negotiate favorable terms. You will manage a dynamic pipeline, schedule property tours, coordinate with lenders and attorneys, and provide exceptional client service from first contact to closing.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through outbound outreach and leading real estate platforms.
- Present properties with compelling market analysis and tailored client recommendations.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to maximize client outcomes.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and market research with the marketing team.
- Guide clients through the transaction process, including inspections, escrow, and closing logistics.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, generate progress reports, and track KPIs.
- Stay current on market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York (or eligible to obtain).
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience, preferably high-end.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for a fast-paced market.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; real estate training certifications are a plus.
