Responsibility
- Prospect, nurture, and manage buyer and seller relationships throughout the Greater New York City area.
- List and showcase residential properties using cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
- Negotiate offers, write contracts, and guide clients through successful closings.
- Assess property values, market conditions, and pricing trends to ensure top-tier service.
- Conduct open houses and networking events to drive new business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of current real estate laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and vendors for seamless transactions.
Qualification
- Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson license required.
- Proven experience in real estate sales preferred (2+ years).
