Responsibility
- Prospect and generate new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted campaigns.
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand goals and provide strategic guidance.
- Present compelling listings, pricing strategies, and market analysis to clients.
- Market and promote properties using premium digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses with professionalism and discretion.
- Negotiate offers, manage transactions, and ensure smooth closings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, stay compliant with local regulations, and provide exceptional client service.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; passion for luxury real estate a plus.
