In this role, you will guide clients from first contact to closing, leveraging top-tier marketing, analytics, and a robust CRM to deliver exceptional experiences and tangible results.
Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers in the NYC market.
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours, building strong client relationships.
- Prepare compelling listing presentations and data-driven market analyses.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate contract timing, and liaise with attorneys and lenders.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize property exposure across MLS, portals, and social media.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional client service with timely communication and problem-solving.
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and financing options to advise clients effectively.
Qualification
- Active New York real estate license or eligibility to transfer
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MLS
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- High ethical standards and client confidentiality
