Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify buyers and sellers to build a robust pipeline.
- Host property showings, virtual tours, and open houses with a tailored buyer journey.
- Prepare comparative market analyses, property valuations, and pricing strategies.
- Draft, present, and negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable terms.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure smooth closings.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation to manage leads and client communications.
- Create and execute compelling property marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualification
- Active Florida real estate license (or ability to obtain promptly).
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience (luxury a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and real estate marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, client-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to conduct in-person meetings.
