Responsibility
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of home buyers and sellers
- Conduct market analyses and advise clients on pricing and strategy
- Lead property showings, negotiations, and transaction coordination
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns for listings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, lenders, and attorneys
- Leverage CRM to track leads, activity, and outcomes; provide timely updates
- Stay informed on local market trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with team members on high-value listings to maximize exposure
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong local market knowledge and listing experience
- Self-motivated with high ethical standards
- Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM, and marketing tools
