Responsibility
- Prospect and establish relationships with buyers and sellers of luxury properties
- List, market, and show high-end homes to qualified clients
- Prepare compelling property presentations and negotiate offers
- Leverage CRM to manage pipelines, follow-ups, and client communications
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize property listings and campaigns
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing processes with attorney and title teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and pricing
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and high ethical standards
Qualification
- Active Real Estate License in Florida (or eligible to transfer)
- 2+ years of residential real estate experience, preferably luxury
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong network in Miami real estate scene and ability to generate leads
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- High level of integrity, discretion, and client service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
