Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective marketing plans to attract buyers and showcase listings
- Lead property showings, conduct tours, and provide insightful market analysis to buyers
- Prepare and present compelling offers, negotiate terms, and close deals with professionalism
- Create and implement personalized marketing plans for sellers using digital and traditional channels
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, track pipeline, and provide regular status updates
- Stay informed on local market trends, regulations, and financing options to advise clients
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
Qualification
- Active real estate license in WA or the ability to obtain quickly
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (luxury preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong network in the Seattle market or demonstrated ability to build one
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
