Northwest Hope Alliance is actively seeking a Licensed Social Worker MSW to join our Seattle team. This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate, client-centered services to individuals and families navigating complex social needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, stability, and empowerment for our clients.
As a key member of our care continuum, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, connect clients with community resources, and advocate for access to housing, mental health services, and crisis support.
Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide ongoing case management and supported referrals to housing, employment, and healthcare resources.
- Advocate with community partners and service providers on behalf of clients to secure essential benefits and services.
- Coordinate crisis response and safety planning with clients and families as needed.
- Document care plans and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with clinicians, educators, and specialists to support holistic client outcomes.
- Engage in cultural humility and trauma-informed practice to meet diverse client needs.
Qualification
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program; LCSW/LSW license preferred or eligible in Washington.
- Minimum 2-3 years of social work experience in a similar setting (healthcare, mental health, or community services).
- Strong case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy skills.
- Experience coordinating services with housing, employment, and healthcare entities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills.
- Cultural humility and ability to work with diverse populations; familiarity with Seattle sociocultural context.
- Proficiency in case management software and standard office tools; valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
