Responsibility
- Lead engaging walking tours across Lisbon’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden gems.
- Deliver multilingual experiences and adapt to varying group sizes and accessibility needs.
- Maintain safety, manage crowds, and respond quickly to questions or emergencies.
- Curate itineraries based on client interests, weather, and local happenings.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance tours and upsell special experiences.
- Gather guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and authentic local flavor.
Qualification
- Native or fluent English; proficiency in Portuguese or another language is a plus.
- Valid tour guide license or eligibility; certification preferred.
- Excellent storytelling, public speaking, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lisbon’s history, culture, routes, and safety practices.
- First aid training and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings; ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
- Proven ability to manage groups of 2-20 guests and adapt to diverse audiences.
- Prior guiding experience or relevant degree preferred.
