Join GlobeQuest Adventures in Barcelona as a Tourism Marketing Specialist. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that captivate travelers, strengthen our brand, and drive qualified leads for our curated journeys across Europe.
We are seeking a data-driven storyteller with a passion for travel who can translate insights into compelling content and partnerships. This role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth opportunities in a premium tourism brand.
What you’ll do will be detailed in the responsibilities below—plus additional cross-functional projects to optimize campaigns and guest experiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, content) to grow inquiries and bookings for premium tours.
- Craft high-converting content assets (landing pages, blog posts, itineraries, videos) that showcase unique travel experiences.
- Manage CRM-driven lead nurturing and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to align marketing with product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Establish and manage partnerships with local suppliers, tourism boards, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach.
- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across channels and ensure regulatory compliance for advertising in Spain and the EU.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality; boutique or premium brands a plus.
- Proven ability to create demand through multi-channel campaigns and content marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills in English; Spanish fluency required or strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset, excellent project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of EU advertising regulations and consumer privacy basics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partnerships and events.
