Responsibility
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation at federal and state courts.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic counsel to clients across a range of industries.
- Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents with high attention to detail.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Manage case files, research relevant precedents, and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda.
- Collaborate with partners and associates on litigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all court procedures and ethical regulations.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and updates.
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
- 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
