As our new Live Streaming Host, you will take center stage in our live online sessions, connecting with business partners and viewers to promote key products and services. This is a full-time, onsite position in Jakarta Utara, ideal for enthusiastic individuals keen to enhance their digital communication skills while delivering an exceptional viewer experience.
Responsibility
- Host and manage daily live streaming sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Present and demonstrate company products effectively to increase brand awareness and sales engagement.
- Interact with online audiences by answering questions and encouraging participation during broadcasts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to plan, script, and execute live content strategies.
- Maintain a professional and energetic on-screen presence, reflecting the company’s values and image.
- Monitor and analyze session metrics, providing feedback to optimize future live content.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in live streaming and e-commerce to ensure engaging presentations.
- Represent PT. NEXLINK BERSAMA NUSANTARA at selected offline company events, when required.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a host, presenter, or influencer is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Confident and engaging on-camera personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and live streaming tools (Instagram Live, TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.).
- Creativity in developing and delivering compelling content for business audiences.
- Able to work full-time and flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate with other departments.
- Based in or willing to work from Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya.
