Join NovaBridge Translations as a Localization Specialist focused on English to Spanish content. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure accurate, culturally relevant translations across digital platforms. This role offers hybrid flexibility in the New York City area, with opportunities to lead localization projects and mentor junior translators.

Responsibility
- Translate and localize content across websites, apps, and marketing materials from English to Spanish with high accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Manage and maintain glossaries and style guides to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement localization best practices in workflows.
- Perform quality assurance and proofreading, and resolve linguistic issues promptly.
- Estimate effort, manage timelines, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Leverage CAT tools and translation memories to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- Mentor junior translators and review their work for accuracy and style.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in translation, linguistics or a minimum of 2 years professional localization experience.
- Native or near-native Spanish proficiency with strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency with CAT tools (such as Trados, MemoQ, or Memsource) and translation memories.
- Experience localizing digital content for websites, apps, and marketing materials.
- Excellent research, editing, and terminology management abilities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple projects and tight deadlines.
