Join our fast growing Language Services team in New York as a Senior Translator English to Spanish. You will localize content across platforms including marketing, product, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance for Spanish language audiences.

Responsibility
- Translate and localize documents, marketing content, software UI, and product documentation from English to Spanish while preserving meaning and tone.
- Develop and maintain glossaries and style guides to ensure consistent terminology across all projects.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and localization teams; manage translation memory and CAT tools (eg, SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ).
- Edit, proofread, and perform linguistic QA; provide constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams.
- Lead multiple localization projects, manage timelines, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Apply SEO localization best practices to metadata and on page content for Spanish language markets.
- Support multilingual QA testing, terminology management, and vendor onboarding and training.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of professional translation or localization experience, preferably in tech or marketing.
- Strong experience with CAT tools and translation memory management; familiarity with SDL Trados Studio and MemoQ.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and terminology management skills; meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of localization best practices, internationalization, and SEO localization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast paced environment.
