Responsibility
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor transportation schedules, route optimization, and capacity utilization using TMS/ERP systems.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and support warehouse operations for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align orders, lead times, and service levels.
- Analyze transportation costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing service quality.
- Resolve exceptions, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, customs, and compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and best-practice implementations across the logistics network.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of TMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs documentation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
