Responsibility
- Plan and manage end-to-end logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and suppliers to execute shipments.
- Analyze transportation routes and costs; implement optimization strategies to reduce total landed cost.
- Monitor KPIs (OTIF, on-time delivery, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy) and report to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Maintain and improve documentation, records, and systems (WMS/TMS/ERP).
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline processes and increase throughput.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on logistics or supply chain experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; data-driven decision making.
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems and ERP (SAP/Oracle) – preferred.
- Solid knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
