Responsibility
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement optimized routing, warehouse layouts, and inventory control measures to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with carriers, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
- Lead data-driven decision making using ERP/WMS systems and real-time dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across all operations.
- Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and coordinators.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles with progressive responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management with carriers and 3PLs.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer-focused orientation.
