Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners to negotiate rates, service levels, and performance standards.
- Implement process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators; oversee scheduling, training, performance, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with trade, customs, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Leverage ERP/TMS/WMS systems (SAP or Oracle) to analyze data, forecast demand, and drive decision-making.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of logistics or supply chain operations experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and 3PL relationships.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (SAP or Oracle); data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, vendor negotiation, and project management abilities.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and service improvements.
