Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and cycle counting programs.
- Develop and implement KPI dashboards to monitor service levels, costs, and performance across networks.
- Collaborate with carriers, 3PLs, and suppliers to negotiate rates, terms, and service levels.
- Drive process improvements using Lean principles and data-driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.
- Manage budget, capacity planning, and resource allocation for peak periods.
- Lead root-cause analyses for bottlenecks and implement corrective actions with measurable impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience in a fast-paced environment; 5+ years preferred.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS systems (for example SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change in a dynamic environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
