As the core owner of daily logistics operations, you will optimize cross-dock processes, SLA adherence, and inventory accuracy while partnering with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, distribution, and transportation planning.
- Collaborate with 3PLs to optimize routing, carrier selection, and freight cost.
- Monitors KPIs such as on-time delivery, dock-to-origin time, and inventory accuracy.
- Drive process improvements in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
- Manage daily workforce planning, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Own budget adherence and cost control through continuous optimization.
- Forecast demand and align capacity with seasonal and promotional activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in logistics/operations management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with WMS and TMS systems; SAP/Oracle knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and KPI mastery.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change.
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CLM, or similar) a plus.
